I fear our midfield will be over run today, Brown and Ntchamp never works. I think we will struggle to get any foot hold in the game and find it hard to get Klimala involved, Ely will prob drift left and right leaving the Huns 2 players to cover Klimala. I hate saying this but under the circumstances if we come away with a draw it will be a decent enough result. COYBIG

 

I don’t think anyone here saw our lineup being as decimated as it apparently has been.

Didn’t consider Julien being out at all, and not sure about the Klimala/Ely partnership.

 

Kinell ... Lenny knows that front pairing failed before....

Would rather see any 2 of our strikers up front ... preferably Griff plus Ajeti if no Edouard...

Happy to see Diego Laxaldonna straight in.

 

Welsh is solid and keeps it simple so that’s no issue, was hoping it would be Griff or Ajeti up next to Paddy though.

We have our issues, but we need to all step up now and recognise what this game is all about.

It's far from a perfect line up, even with the restrictions we have on us, we can field a better side than we have (IMO), but this is no excuse, as for a man, this squad of players today is better than that dross facing us.

Said it for weeks now they will look to push hard and start fast. They will look to Kent going down the right, we need Laxalt to show up and the CBs to be completely focused. They will push Brown as far as they can, they know he is collecting cards and will look to force him in to mistakes or a tackle. He needs to have the best game of the past 18months now.

Strikers, I rather Klimala got help, he is not a lone striker and playing him with Ely has already got me hitting the fear. Klimala and Griff would have been better. As we have also said for weeks now, 2 up top at their backline and they will crumble as well. We are giving them an out by not doing that, and we will therefore allow them time on the ball at their backline, which will build for them in to forcing us in the middle and looking to make mistakes from Brown.


I know I need to be more positive, and on their game this side should be more than good enough, but too many things this season are too obvious and it is clear we have given them a slight better chance when we know what their gameplan is already.

There teams in , doesnt look a great team to be fare , my worry is with playing wing backs is that kent , barisic and barker tavernier will both double up on our wing backs

 

Hins will also try the long diag from right to left as frimpong is small

Not confident at all in this line up. Welsh as one of three defenders, Laxalt in his first game, Klimala and Elyanoussi up front when Ajeti and Griffiths are on the bench? Oh and Ntcham and Brown in the same squad... another bizarre Lennon line up in a massive game.
