Wilson is being sold for £16m to some EPL side. There’s no way he will end up in Glasgow.

Laxalt feels like it is just a matter of time now, but with Celtic I fear that time will be drawn out for this.

All things show he is in London for a medical right now, medicals dont take all day, the loan seems to be agreed, an optional fee seems to be in negotiations. again, shouldn't take all day to figure that value out either.
You'd expect we could announce this in the next 2 hours, but you just know Celtic will leave this till 9pm at least.

We need Laxalt, CB, and a winger.
But things considered (covid, no big sales), I would be more than happy with the window should Laxalt be the only deal today (just please don't drag it out Celtic!).
Going in to the season we would be fairly well equipped with great players for a flat 442 or a 352.
Our only downfall is from the coaching side and how we set up for a game, player wise we will have the best squad by a long shot.

Like I say, another CB would be ideal as well and perhaps another winger - though I want to see more of Johnston and Dembele this season and in a 352 we dont need wingers so maybe no need to over do it with big earners in that regards.

Looks a good team that, what I would add is I dream of a fit healthy Rogic gate crashing that team.

Aye easily, Rogic can take the place of Brown (with Christie and Mcgregor in central mid and Rogic sitting further forward behind two strikers), what a team it could be!
Ely can also play that role, or if players are actually injured, play off a one up top (should never really be an option when we have 4 fit strikers now Ajeti back next week).

Rogic, Soro, Connel, Dembele, Johnston are names not in those teams that should all be getting some game time as well for sure.
