Seems to be a bit of bitchyness and tension with some players in the squad, have got that impression for a few months now. Think ajer Christie and to a lesser extent ntcham are never far away from it. Hopefully it can be cleared up when the window shuts..

At least we are now we are top by points not just goal difference and we have a better goal difference after 9 games too.

What was it sky said...eddy has had 3 shots on goal in three games.....?
If that is true, and after today's 1 shot in 75 mins horror show i could believe it, we badly need to change how we are playing because its * painful to watch.
We keep getting out of jail like we did today but at some point our luck will run out.
We offer so little on the left with taylor, we badly need someone there that can go at a player rather than just passing it back all the time.

Haven’t been aware of anything you mentioned here. Other than maybe Ntcham or Ajer looking away. Haven’t seen or read any bitchiness.

Needle...? all i seen was two players deciding who would take the freekick and one of them walking away once the decision was made. Unless there was other free kicks i didn't see.

Yeah nothing to prove to us but I think lennon was so let down by how he came back from lockdown that he had something to prove to him. We played better with him on, hopefully lennon uses him now hes a proven goalscorer never looks like he isn't trying to score.

Every time a player does not dance around like a demented morris dancer at a goal there is problems in the team.:39:

Aye, i think a mixture of lack of atmosphere with no fans, some lack of match fitness. Lot of games quickly have meant we are lacking that wee edge we are used to it. However, take away Europe, we have only drawn one game in league and won rest so its not a bad start overall. Hopefully as we get used to this new normal for matches we start looking like celtic.

What a relief that was. Would have been a miserable couple of weeks had we dropped points there. We weren't great but it is difficult to get going against constant fouling and dives that go unpunished. Imagine the frustration as a player as well when you are seeing these things happen.

Looking back on that I'm disappointed the team didn't make more of an effort to get over and celebrate with Paddy.

Maybe it's trivial but he worked his * off when he came on and he's just buried a lovely goal to seal the points for us. Brown over for the claps but other than that he's looking around on his own.

Under normal circumstances that would be a great win, coming back from an away game in Europe, playing away to a team that wanted to defend a point they had before a ball was kicked, not the best conditions. But its the same most weeks now, our overall play has been poor. Its ok saying we are playing poor and got 3 points wait until we get better but we are getting no favours in this League. Every team wants a bit of us, to stop the ten. No way will Saint Johnstone defend like that against the Huns. We are also up against inept refs. Lennon has to realise you cannot play players out of position. 2 up front Ely and Eddy, Ely poor because he is out of position, Eddy poor because he was playing like a lone striker. Its no coincidence you have 2 strikers on the pitch playing like strikers and they both score. Ntcham played better when Turnbull went off because he played deeper, that is his preferred role not further up. Its not rocket science that Eddy was on fire last season with 2 up front particularly with Griff. Hopefully things change and settle down after the International break and when this transfer window closes. Just play players in their positions !!!!

    Aye but that’s “up front”.

Remember Christie was “up front” for the Fenercvaros game?
