There’s a massive difference between being fit and being match fit. I would have thought that most on here would have played the game and at the very least realise the difference.

I can sprint full pelt after not playing for months at a time and never pull a hammy. I certainly struggle to drop a * for a few days but I can still manage more than 20 mins. Yet our players cant get built up to match fitness in training, and that I find strange since other clubs manage it.

Good 60m of football for turnbull or rogic n griff. Would do the world of good. Would even create shots on goal and everything. The starting 11 needs a good fukin slap at the minute. Will be more of the same pish though. We limp on

a think if there's any glaring omissions from the squad today, like an Ntcham no even on the bench for example would be the only sign a player or two is leaving.

Do smaller clube ease their top strikers etc for games when they have little in reserve. I dont think so. Soon as they are training they get gametime. We dont use our squad properly its as simple as that. Too much hype about fitness these days, we are cryin out for a lubo type player. Even a fat kris commons would do a very good job. Fitness means * all when yer giving performances like our first team are producing. We need to do better and * the market as we have an abundance of unused talent there already.

 

Your ‘full pelt’ is probably 6kph though.

 

You’d soon change your tune if we fielded a team of unfit players and we started losing.

 

Nah am fast as *, always have been. In reality I'm * at playing football, but was easily the best keeper in the world until I quit to play basketball. Still play it. Well did until march happened. Went back last week outdoors. Fast as * and lasted 2 hour session. They dont build them like me anymore. Bunch of we snowflakes. You see it with the young ones. Oh my ankle got sprained a few weeks ago... will need another week just to be sure. Fannies. I'm back at it like wolverine within days.
