He'll come out and say we were excellent again today he's doing my * in as of late.

Frankly, I don't care he is a Celtic legend, that he was an extremely important player, we are talking about the manager here, and the manager he is right now. He lost the plot completely. We were playing today against the worst team of the scottish league, with a squad that combined must be worth less than Klimala. He absolutely refuses to do what common sense indicates to show off how smart and bold he is. The preferential treatment towards his pals is disgusting. The way he writes off players we just signed is beyond stupid. Shved, Bayo, now Soro and Turnbull. The only good team we played against so far beat us. Every * scottish team with a reasonable manager causes us trouble. And after every scrappy, plucky win against barely professional teams, he almost does a victory lap and goes on to say how amazing the team is on interviews. It is too much incompetence in man management and tactics for a team of our size.

 

Lost all faith in him to be honest. Love the guy but wanted him out after Ferencvaros and he’s done nothing to change my mind ever since.

 

Something needs to be fixed for sure, were scoring goals but not necessarily creating a bunch of chances and we cant keep conceding soft goals. As far as lennon goes he should've made the subs as soon we got the third goal, get fresh legs and new ideas on the pitch and put the game to bed.

We stagnated after the third and were being far too casual, and it almost cost us we needed to freshen up earlier gives players who want to impress a chance.

 

Lennon is well protected at the club. Desmond/Lawell love him as he doesn't cost them as much as a top manager and the fact he is a yes man. Also some fans have complete blind loyalty too him. He is doing what he did at the end of his last tenure, alienating players and being stubborn and showing himself to be emotionally compromised. I said this back when he got the job again he was the wrong man for the job. Need this season to complete and rebuild for next season without him. However, as long as Lawell is there he will let these things slide unless we completely implode.

 

Its the constant changing of the team gane after game thats the problem. Start your best team and change it when comfortable

 

Exactly. Many teams have problems with administration, recruiting, dressing room, etc. But we almost brag about them, we don't lose a single chance of making them public.
It surprises me a lot we still don't have a sports psychologist. Teams in the mid table of the swedish league have one.

 

End of the day we are on top, the media wrote us off after the Killie game ad saying that the mental advantage from going 11 points clear (which didn't end up happening) the huns would gain.
Obviously everything is not peachy but people need to calm down.

 

Problem is that is our best team, most definetely in his eyes.

Looking forward to the lacked tempo, sloppy blah blah blah * we're accustomed coming out his mouth. It's his best XI that are lacking tempo and being sloppy time and time again.

Mental man

 

I understand the need of resting what is possibly our two best players in the team against the worst team of Scotland in a time we are playing 8 matches a month every month.
Now, why a knackered, aged, out of form Brown needs to get 90 minutes at every single game, while the boy we just signed for cover gets 10 minute cameos at best?

 

Both are meant to be injured. And they're the only 2.

Ajeti is our striker now, Ed is off for defo. And tbh he's been poor of recent anyway, head not been right.

And let's be honest we all know Broony is playing 60 games again this year and players will be restricted to the usual faces, so all the recent ins won't be contributing much as they won't be getting a chance.

 

3 at the back and a defensive midfielder and we’re still conceding goals and looking vulnerable. Do the players actually understand the system? Does Lennon know how to coach it?

Struggling past the likes of Livi, St Mirren and Dundee United just isn’t good enough.

He needs to find out his strongest XI and start it consistently. This constant fannying about with the team is going to cost us.
