OK maybe I pre-empted the lying part, here is your lie:

Jeremie lied about his role and what he apparently saw cookie do

Cookie has claimed a nobody character for a cop role

Val has voted for me despite Jeremie being caught lying, and has now posted a message that wouldn't look out of place in a group chat

Ok so @Jeremie Frimpong claimed Oracle and it hasn't been countered.

@CookieMonster claimed Dozer who seemed to be a pilot on the ship in Zion going by google.

@Dazza you have done a great job of throwing shade on them both (as have I granted) but both have claimed characters and roles. You have claimed nothing and tossed two big town roles in the bin.

Might be time to at least character claim.

 

Been working all day. Had a catch up on the thread. Cookie is at it, that's all I'm saying.

Will try and get more involves tomorrow, working but should manage to get on more.

 

Oracle is a big claim early in the game. When Cookie claimed seer I was sure he would be The Oracle and Jeremie was at it.

Dozer seems to have been a pilot of a ship and part time doctor type.

Its possible they are both working together and I'm getting played but at least they have claimed.

There can't be that many big town roles left so let's see where we are at and take it from there.

 

Take Jeremies oracle claim with a pinch of salt. It was a last throw of the dice when he got caught lying. He may well want the oracle to reveal so his faction can target them. He has now been caught lying on 2 counts - first on what his role actually does, second on what action cookie performed.

I don't need to character claim, Jeremie should get lynched today then cookie tomorrow, assuming no one has a gun

Well there is plenty of time. I'm not putting a vote on anyone just yet.

We've already lost two decent town roles, can't really afford another with so few players.

 

We've found 2 scum so not we're in a good place

Wrong. My role has been altered, granted, but I had no say in that.

CookieMonster claims virtually the same role as me (one might think that a little too convenient), claims a minor character (Dozer) who has no connection to that role, and claims that he never roleblocked Marie, even though I know for a fact that he did.

I claim a major character (The Oracle) that aligns perfectly with my role, and have given information that CookieMonster has at least partially confirmed. I cannot explain why Minty presumably altered my role slightly - perhaps because we lost Town Tracker and Town Watcher on the first night (Sean Daleer says that Minty looked to even up the game by offering him a new role, so it is possible), or perhaps he made a mistake.

If either of us are lying, it is CookieMonster. We are not in the same faction.

 

And for what it is worth, I discarded a powerful scum role, which is more can be said for CookieMonster, or indeed Dazza.

I find it incredible that someone who discarded two powerful Town roles is leading the charge here, and that people are following his lead unquestioningly.

It's great play from Dazza, to be fair.

 

What Town role did you take that is more powerful than Town Jailkeeper and Town JOAT, and that ensures that you will survive until tomorrow, by the way?

By the way there's a reason why I doubled down on you after you claimed the oracle, and there's a reason why I tried to bait cookie into claiming the oracle too

Minty would have to have altered your role after the game had started if what you are saying is true. I cannot see that being the case. Minty asked me to choose a different role before this game thread was even started.

You're not helping yourself with a claim like that.
