    There's every possibility that he's had his wings clipped by Lawwell about making public their desire to leave, which in turn alerts clubs that they might be able to knock a few million off the price.

    The outburst was completely wrong, it served no purpose but to deflect from poor decisions and a terrible result.

    I still think we'll see Ntcham, Ajer and Eddie all leave this summer.

    Problem for Lenny is that it's not just 1 player that want's away, there's a few, and after this there maybe even more that won't want to stay, he needs to think before opening his mouth.

    Lennons successor at Bolton inherited a worse financial situation than Lennon (salary cap and transfer ban) and still got them promoted.

    I didn't say anything about his football record at Hibs - it is common knowledge that he had completely lost the dressing room to the extent where the players complained directly to the board and thats why he went.

    The main reason I posted that is because someone else was talking as if we owe Lennon a big debt for bravely taking on a "precarious" situation in 2019. Frankly we don't -we were 8 points clear with a massive GD advantage and easily the best team in the league - any semi competent manager would have clinched the title from there.

    The truth is that he was out of work having left his 2 previous jobs "by mutual consent" - being offered the chance to come back to us was a massive stroke of luck for him.

    It was so obvious he was going to back away from the comments he made on Wednesday night. You either mean what you say or you don't. If he truly believes there are players in that dressing room who don't want to be at Celtic then they shouldn't * be in the first team. Simple as that.

    I honestly just want Lennon to go now. I no longer believe in him as a manager.

    He's made what was already a horrible loss and bad situation for him and the squad, 100x worse. By not being able to compose himself.

    Lost a lot of faith in him tbh, and I am now realising again why I didn't want him brought back.
