The next three or four games will be vital to see where we are going and heaven forbid we get knocked out of the Europa League qualifying stage as think there will be no way back for Lenny .

I wouldn't believe everything I read on the internet. Random comments on this forum don't usually stand up to much scrutiny. Just check out the "Transfer Rumours" section.

You don't wait until after a defeat to come out with that, it just looks like he's trying to distract from his own mistakes.

If he felt that strongly as he says and it's been bugging him for a long time or month's can't mind what he said word for word....then why play them?

If you're a manager and you think you've got 2 bad egg's trying to get away and head's no there....why haven't we got rid and why are they playing?

There should’ve been player's lined up long ago for this eventuality that he's known long about but nope, no onky has he done nothing about it...he's played and relied on them in our biggest game of the season to date..

Should’ve been an easy decision. Elhamed in alongside Jullien. Frimpong right back.
Christie in for Ntcham and an actual striker up top..

Bizarre and then the cheek to go off his nut about them after..

Not sure if Lenny has lost the respect of the players but his post match comments are bewildering to say the least and have certainly seen an upturn in fans opinions swing firmly against him in as to whether he is the right man for the job.

Virtually everyone seeing no striker starting last night were shocked and lets be honest the performances so far this season have been abysmal. Three years running failure to get into the CL group stages is not acceptable given that the ones who have knocked us out have been teams we should be beating. In all that time the defence has been a major problem especially in Europe and it's still there to this day.

Partly I blame the board for not investing properly and in my opinion taking the fans for mugs. That said they are not to blame alone because Lenny has been at fault just as much with tactics and team selections.

The drive and desire to win games for me just doesn't seem to be there. Something has to change and fast or we really do run the risk of throwing away the 10. Yes that is the focal aim for this season but that doesn't mean we can't demand far more from management and the players in every competition.

Not digging you out, but what I took from what Lenny said to the media, yes he takes blame he * up, but he is not the only one to blame in all this the players who are only interested in 6 champ league games and their transfer future are as guilty as him, if you have a player come to you saying I'm desperate for elite football or I'm off, you would use that and say well if you start go out there and win your place in the competition, I believe he done that and the players mentioned never kicked their *.

Sundays team selection will be interesting....lenny has to show he,s able to deal with the * were in and get us back playing positive and productive football.

A win is vital with a strong performance and he must give paddy his chance.

What I don't get, is that Elhamed was pulled off for a mistake.

Yet Christie wasn't pulled back into midfield with that stupid attempt of a back heel flick from a few yards out when Celtic were behind.

Squad depth is a serious worry for me now. Its amazing how things can change quickly.

If Ajer and Ntcham leave it's taking two good players away immediately. Even if they want to go, you cant deny that.

Ajer has not kicked his * since the first few months into last season imo and ntcham is only good in spells best I ever see him play is when he comes off the bench in an derby game. that is of no use to us.

Anthony Joseph claiming Ntcham and Ajer’s Reps have asked the club for valuations , he’s been pretty accurate with other matters

Bohemians putting up a better fight than us against Hungarian opposition and away from home as well.

Best manager we can get though.

Probable going against popular opinion here, but i dont think much of Ntcham.
Hes no pace, limited skills and doesnt seem to put in a good tackle.

Genuinely would love to know what it is that makes him so good.I wont mind if he goes as i think we have enough cover.

The key is replacing them. They can go but we need to have solid replacements lined up. We cannot sell them and then wait around - clubs will play hardball knowing we have cash to spend. Say we get in the region of £25-30m for the two of them, at least £15m needs to be reinvested in bringing in 2x CBs, LB and CDM.

Squad depth is a huge concern. We needed a CB or possibly 2 before Jozo left and that will go up again if Ajer leaves.

9 goals conceded at pparadise between, Cluj, Copenhagen and Fernavcos.. The standard of defending for 7 of these goals were shocking. What the * is wrong at the back for us? Our defence is horrendous.

Hes not in the midfield to tackle. Or are least shoukdnt be.

I disagree on the other points and think if he goes it will be a case of not knowing what we had till it's gone.

But wont argue as I know he does split opinion.

I have no faith in our transfer policy at the moment.

We’ll sign replacements then likely not see them play for at least a month.
