why would he go and try and sign FF when we just paid good money for a keeper?

FF did not want to come back, so * him.

He meant he’ll be gone by the weekend not if he’ll be fit

Aye just seen that Edouard comment.
    He's off.

    * joke. He may have a small injury that kept him out tonight, but clear as * Lennon has no clue and knows he is off.

Don't blame Edouard, we all knew likely to be off and been hoping he signed an extension, but he has * all left to prove here now. Why would he want to stay any longer now? Will be him and Ntcham off in the next two weeks. Turnbull in with Duffy and we will see out the window. Team will be more mediocre than it has been in 5 years. Gonna be a long * season.

Wouldn't be surprised if we've seen the last of Edouard.

I know, mate. I think we're just not very good, but I genuinely don't see Lenny as to blame. For example, we've all said for years we need to start getting signings in early and get them bedded in and it has cost us in about 50% of our qualifying campaigns.

That's just one example of systemic problems with how we operate. It's easier to blame a person (whether Lenny or Lawwell) than really look and see the deeper problems with how we operate.

How anyone can be surprised by tonight. I don't know. I definitely did not have my hopes up.

My head is * burst wae this pish. Ye almost just know something is going to go * up when ye see a team sheet like that, but even more so when you watch the first ten minutes of our games, ye just know it’s an off the boil game and these are becoming frequent.

Post match anger and disappointment is normal after a defeat, ye blow a gasket and then ye calm down after a while but this!!
I can totally understand if there’s players out there, bench or on the pitch, slowly losing desire and motivation because I certainly am losing it to watch * like that going on.

It is turgid and flat more than not. There’s the odd sparkle, fleeting piece of skill or burst of energy from some but ye can see it dwindling from them.

My concern is this festers and Lenny can’t scrub his nonsensical decisions in such an important season.

What a major deflation for the whole club to go out like this.

Is that not what everyone is saying get rid before its too late why would you wait ?

It's not one bad result either though is tonight is a carbon copy of Cluj and Copenhagen * team selection and a refusal to change until it's to late he refuses to learn from his mistakes. Last night Eddy was fit to play now tonight he doesn't know when he will be back.

He’s been backed beyond comprehension for that level of opposition. It’s the group stages level we lack backing for, but that doesn’t matter because we can’t * get there.

How do you give players match fitness if you don't * play them? and then come out with "they are not match fit..."

I agree with you as well, he has been backed, like you said about last season regarding the defence and then this season with the attack.

He does not learn and that’s the worrying part.

He's gonna lose the dressing room, if he hasn't already..

What he's saying here is player's don't want to play or weren't trying tonight..

Criminal coming away with that when we're going for the 10 still..

Lennons team selection had an air of arrogance about it. He thought we were good enough without having a natural striker starting. It is more than that though. Tactics and setup. One up front, full backs sitting high leaving us exposed at the back. We are predictable how we will set up. Any manager will put a physical and fast forward up against us, lob one up the pitch when we are attacking, bingo goal. All too easy and other managers have sussed this out. We struggled away to Killie and Utd, with a lucky late winner. It is his reluctance to change things that frustrates most.

It really shouldn't, no one to blame bar Boli. It's been dealt with and the lads out the picture, can't see why the others would be * at anyone bar Boli in this.

Right, for tonight I am leaving this. Heads fried and I am just going to wind myself up more.

Lennon to blame totally, and he isn't helping himself here.

I'd wager he is speaking about Ajer and possibly Ntcham both of who he started tonight

Totally. Our wage bill is many times higher than that of Ferencvaros.

This is the most embarrassing loss of the lot. Going out a round earlier every season.
