Isn't supposedly mandatory in Britain that everyone that comes from Spain pass through border control, register their entrance in the country, and then go in quarantine for 14 days? Surely the police or health authorities know (or should have known) about long before Celtic? Why would it be our fault they impose regulations they cannot enforce?
