that doesnt pass the sniff test so either they are being really lax in england and upteen players and staff have broken quarantine rules and its just not being published in the papers or on the tv or the scottish government is being over the top with the way they are handling this

we arent a dictatorship so phrases like "lines in the sand" and * like it maintaining that theres a possibility of stopping proffesional football altogether even when there are no fans in the stadium seems a bit power mad and unreal for me

public health is very important but we can not live on air alone an economy has to function to provide funds for much needed necessity services

Ah, guys. It was a selfish action, I can't defend it. He should be gone, because we can't afford that at the club.
I think anger towards him is also totally justified, from Lenny, players and fans.

That said, I think we can maybe go overboard a wee bit with the judgements. I remember I did that with Boyata and I regret that now. None of us knows their lives and all that. Not criticizing you guys- you're genuinely two of my favourite posters on any forum and have been for years. I just wanted to explain my thoughts.

Where I can’t defend Boli there were plenty in England breaking restrictions prior to the restart and not long after it too I think. The reality though was most of the restart was played under stricter lockdown more generally, look at when Leeds won the league and they had a party and the owner is out with the fans and same with some of the players.

I don’t like how involved the Scottish Government is getting, I feel it shows how weak our governing body is and the lack of decision making authority they have.

Having the First Minister talking about this in her daily address when you have an education scandal of downgrading grades of people based on their post code whilst they bang on about equality. Also having the third biggest city in the country in an enforced regional lockdown, I know the bar in Aberdeen was closed down at the centre of the outbreak but you don’t hear that the full hospitality sector is getting shut down again? Or them getting a “yellow” card.

You also didn’t have FM stepping in to cancel a European tie with 50,000 in attendance using flights, trains, buses to get there, then queueing and sitting together the night before Lockdown started? The lack of consistency is astounding I don’t know why Killie have not been asked to postpone their fixtures as surely that is a health risk?

 

The teams in England that started back all got put up in hotels did they not? So little to no chance of this happening as they had a far more professional set-up. Our lot just * off to the pub together or break international quarantine rules by week 2.

 

Reason i mentioned Frimpong in this chat earlier, is i was told he was being investigated for leaving the country without premission or without quarantine on return

Don't you * believe it mate! If it had suited UEFA's agenda we'd have been gone instantly. We just got lucky that we're the 'big dog' of the early rounds. If we'd been against a more powerful FA they'd have dropped us, hard!
