Aye ma work made me quarantine for 2 weeks when a came back from Spain. Got a test but it didn’t matter because the virus can take two weeks to show.

Im surprised the UCL qualifier is going ahead. And with track and trace I thought all Celtic and Kilmarnock staff would have to isolate for 2 weeks.

Your right tho if he or anyone testS positive the seasons over.

Infact I’m starting to think this season has no chance of completion because 2 weeks in and it’s a fukin shambles.

Got to be honest where he lacked in ability I always under the impression he was giving us his all. This absolutely contradicts that. At the end of my tether with him now as am sure Lennon and the squad are. I cannot fathom how he decided to go to Spain. I think we can all agree that from our prospective he has the best job in the world. Being payed to play football must be one of the best lives a human can ask for (especially for Celtic). Why would you ever dent your career for one day in Spain. Wait for a bit of normality and treat yourself to the holiday of a lifetime.

CELTIC star Boli Bolingoli has been fined almost £500 by cops after he broke strict quarantine rules on his return from a trip to Spain.

The Hoops defender failed to isolate after jetting out to Spain on Monday and returning Tuesday last week.


The left-back then returned to training and came on as a sub in Sunday’s 1-1 draw with Kilmarnock at Rugby Park.

Cops visited Bolingoli at his home in Glasgow.


Officers issued him with a fixed penalty notice of £480.

Officers also reminded him of the guidelines.

Assistant Chief Constable Alan Speirs said: “A 25-year-old man has today been issued with a Fixed Penalty Notice for breaching quarantine regulations.

“The Chief Constable has made it consistently clear that we should all take personal responsibility to do the right thing and remember the purpose of these measures is to aid the collective effort to stay safe, protect others and save lives by preventing the spread of coronavirus.


Throughout the response to the pandemic, the majority of the public followed the law and Scottish Government advice and it’s really important that we all continue to do so.

“Our officers will continue to explain the legislation and guidance but, for the minority who may choose to breach the regulations and risk the health of others, we will not hesitate to take enforcement action where appropriate.”

But regardless of my opinion, rules are rules and he breached them, he should have self isolated and didnt, so he needs to take the consequences, I still feel cancelling our matches is an over reaction.

Thankfully, so far UEFA are allowing our European match to go ahead, glad they aren't subscribed to the current madness.

Definitely, I'm not holding much hope for the season to go as planned. As soon as winter kicks in there's going to be postponements left right and center.
