    Brilliant news.

    Very very happy with this one.

    Pedigree, age, experience is all exactly what we should be scouting for the bulk/core of the squad (take Julien at CB as well for example).

    Every transfer has a risk, but this is a risk worth taking and everything points to him being a great keeper in the making.

    No comparisons to previous keepers needed at this stage, let the lad come in and do his thing.

    Absolutely delighted with this , a new keeper was a must , and looks like we’ve got quality , hopefully the first of a few in amd sort out a couple contract extensions, 10 should be in the bag !

    As much as i like FF this is a great deal and that is a fair bit of cash we have spent on a keeper.We also saved about 70-80k a week.
    Now we will see who was whispering in FF ear when he moves clubs.

    If I remember correctly he played well against us in the qualifiers and comes with a really good reputation

    Good. I have high hopes for him based on absolutely no evidence. Now if adidas would stop giving our keepers strip to their colour blind intern to design that would be good too.
