Whatever way you spin this, idio investigated JC and got a guilty verdict. Whether that was redirected onto dazza or not is neither here nor there. Idio and dazza both flipped town out of those 3 names.

I’m not sure that’s how redirect would work, all actions go onto the one player chosen (Dazza), so he would taken all shots, docs, tracks & investigations. The only reason for the guilty on Dazza is most likely a psychotrooper.

At least that’s the only way I understand it.

 

I’ve thought the same as Sean D as regards Idio’s investigation. It seems obvious.

Equally, Jeremie’s Cartman claim doesn’t sit easily, particularly as he was mafia godfather with the same character. Almost as if he is trying to bluff and has character claimed early to give himself town cred.

 

So (hypothetically) someone targets a guilty player and the mass redirect would return a not guilty on that player if the redirected player was not guilty?

I'm not explaining myself right I hope somebody can understand what I'm trying to say.

If that's the case then mass redirector seems like a * * town role.

Assuming Cena is town obviously.

Idio, Dazza and JC are the names, guilty was the verdict.

Dazza and Idio both flipped town leaving one name and one guilty verdict.

When I read this mess last night and again this morning I did think could Idio have simply been given the result he asked for but its been transferred to Dazza because of this mass direction thing - not sure I think that is a Town role either - So I do agree with SD.

@Sean Daleer your getting confused mate, understandable as we've never seen a Mass Re-director before.

All actions were re-directed onto Dazza, Cena confirned this..

So @Idioteque never investigated me, thst action went onto to Dazza.

The Guilty read on Dazza means that another action, in all likelihood Psychotrooper, is also in play which has given Idioteque the Guilty read.

It neither proves or disproves my guilt because the actioni/investigation was never applied to me.

Before I go, if what @JC Anton is true then mass redirector isn't a town role is it?

Its a terrible town role if true.

 

No its originally an Alien role, but that's not to say Cena didn't combine it with a Town role in this format.

One last thing @Dazza actually did us favour killing the Cop, because if I understand the Psychotrooper role, as long as they are alive all Cop investigations are false.

 

I think I know what you are thinking, but Idio's result was on Dazza, it doesn't get a result on the first person he targeted (JC) but on the person everything is redirected to.

And then the reason for the guilty read is a role (psychotrooper) which switches cop investigations from not guilty to guilty and vice-versa.

That's the only explanation that makes sense just now, it's a head * of a game already. It's not a role that has helped at all.

 

Not necessarily, since we had proof Dazza flipped town and that Idio's investigations were flipped we can still use those but obviously it's just opposite of the result he gets, just like an insane cop.
