    Think I’ve played maybe one (maybe two) of these Greatest games before. Is there a chance you could have role duplicates, for example, two town cops? Or does the host tend to manipulate it to prevent that?

    It's the only thing to go on on day 1, it's a game of numbers and the chances of all 5 of you getting 2/3 town roles and taking them is next to none.

    Unless you have a better idea Sherlock?

    I think the fact Summer has given up a Cop role is good enough reason and I also stated we should look at the Town discards on my first post.

    The Vanilla Townie discard, and the early claim of a good (obscure) role under no pressure.

    Edit: (The last point might be a bit unfit given the nature of the game, but if I were looking for a false role claim, I would go for one of the more obscure ones.)

    I might change it to @SUMMER TIME later on. If there were no other Cop Lover in the game, would he have been a standard Cop?

    Wouldn't he either be able to take the Cop part or the Lover part?

    Like my Vanilla Town, I could have taken the Vanilla or the Town part.
