Insanity in the morning and Diamond Dallas Page yoga in the evenings Monday to Friday. Feel fit as * but can't lose weight as I cannot adhere to a diet at all.

5x10 on bench supersetted with 5x10 bent over row , great pump and only took 20 mins last night.

    5x10 squats tonight.

Even though it's only 50% ish of max lift it's still quite taxing.

I've decided to take * seriously and last week set up a tracker spreadsheet for calories and macros. Takes a bit of work but having done it for a week I'm all set to keep it going. Down 1kg, 1" and dropped a % of BF. Need to find an extra 30g protein every day. * it, my numbers are out here now, accountability time. Don't judge me :52:

I started low to see how I felt etc, and because I might not account for some oils etc used or get quantities right. Plus there is a Chinese in there on Day 3 I was worried about :56:

Knackered my back in work Wednesday night. Went home Thursday morning. Lay on sofa. Big mistake. Wife went to work. As soon as i moved pain was incredible. Literally fell on to the floor. Could not stand up the whole day. Desperate for a leak. Had to belly crawl 25 yards to the bathroom. Could only pull myself up as high as the bath using the handrail for support and then had to get the wean to bring me a pot(i had a pot to * in).
Getting there and back to the sofa took me about an hour. My missus came home and was able to get me some painkillers and gel. Before they kicked in I was actually crying with the pain. Initially I think she may have thought I was overdoing it. Managed to bellycrawl into the bathroom again and get to my feet. Utter agony but I was then terrified to lie or sit down again. Long and short of it is I need to start looking after myself. Tried to go running outside but struggled with it. I'm not interested in weights, just the cardio. Thinking of buying a treadmill for myself. At one point I was doing 8-12 miles 4 or 5 times a week. Can't blame corona as i started gaining weight long before that.

Good plan marty, hard to keep up though, I tried after 6 weeks I sacked it.

Just track protein intake now and can eyeball carbs from experience using my fitness pal, pain in the * , just make sure I get high protein and fats low carbs on non training days and high carbs and protein low fats on days off.

Pit some beef on right enough over last 8 weeks due to this carry on , too many lagers

Yes, I work in a boxing gym and I always see the lads just load the weight up trying to get it to A to B, I always tell them that it's far more effective to use lighter weights and more reps and have a mind-muscle connection.

I have been doing 15-20 minutes of HIIT after my weight sessions when I am in a fasted state this has had very good results, starting to get ripped now, my diet is always good but my downfall is I like a few pints so the pubs not being open is definitely a big help.

Going to do a half marathon distance run in a couple of hours. Time when I did the Dublin race last year was 1.45.12 so I’d be happy with any sort of improvement but am aiming for below 1.40.

Fair * to all you runners and HIIT guys :50:

I absolutely detest running. My cardio consists of 45min - 1hr of walking. Hill sprints are the only thing I would ever consider as its over with so quickly :90:

So I'm pretty much out the game for three months at least.

Was at the hospital yesterday with my shoulder , soft tissue damage and partially dislocated shoulder ,arms in a sling barely move it, excruciating pain.
