    A gifter in an old school Mafia game... i don't know...

    Claiming a power role to aid the town is a bit of a last roll of the dice scramble to stay alive and possibly enough to deflect a couple of crucial late votes. And for that to be a gifter... without anything concrete or specific to add to actually help the town - now that is a bit of a stretch. I'm not convinced at this point.
