    They were warning adidis of the dire consequences that would ensue as Rangers are "a massive organisation with tentacles all over the globe" something like that along with their usual glorying in the abuse of kids to score points... I'm sure Mr Adidas spent a long time pondering...

    More like tentacles instead of arms for some of them.

    Canny see that being the figure tbh but...

    The £5m per season deal from New Balance was announced in 2015 and a lot has changed since then, so possibly that’s the going rate now.

    Other then it is more then the 5 year 25m deal we had with New Balance I have not seen a number yet. If it is anywhere close to the 12m per year mentioned above that would be amazing business as that would be more then double what New Balance was per year. Probably not that much but obviously it is more then the current 5m per year we have been on since we signed the deal with New Balance in 2015.

    Nobody knows it's probably about £7million a year though. Just based off every contract we have signed Nike 2005, Nike 2010, New Balance 2015 and Adidas 2020 have all been said to be the "biggest ever".

    The first Nike deal was said to be £5million a year back then, so it's probably went £5million, then £5.5-6million, then £6-6.5million and now it might be £6.5-7million.

    You can kind of work it out if you deduct the money we get from the League + money from Cups and European qualifiers TV money, the UEFA money all of which are publicised then it leaves just the sponsorship and advertising money. Im pretty sure it's now £12million which comes from New Balance, Dafabet, Magners and then smaller advertising partners and commercial partners. Of that you'd imagine about £6-6.5million is New Balance, £2.5-3.5million is Dafabet, £1million is Magners and then the rest £1-1.5million is all the stadium advertising and wee things like that mounting up over 25 games and maybe sponsorship bonuses for playing in Europe or whatever.
