You can buy it Amazon, although I think purepeptides is decent.

There is a couple others throw up when you google.

You will need bacteriostatic water to reconstitute the peptide powder and insulin syringes as well.

Hmm I'm not sure the what the bioavailability will be like through capsules and not read much about them, can give them a go.

It's only an insulin needle and a sub Q injection not intra muscular, so man up :giggle1:

I feel ya man, * wearing tights in my gym all the time and it annoys me so much. Balenciaga trainers and any sort of headwear are also common and also annoy me.

:56:Big fairy! I’ll need to look into it w wee bit more but seems promising from the reviews/studies.
Also seen the nasal spray form, would probably prefer that as an easier way to take it as well.

Aye Marty, half an hour of running to burn off 300 calories, and about half a minute to eat a 300 calorie doughnut. :giggle1:

Dropped the tonnage on my weights this evening. Focusing on slower reps and form.

Embarrassed at myself what I must have looked like before just to shift something "heavy" :52:

Usually go to the gym every day and always felt I couldn't do without it. Obviously that's all stopped, but have been going out a run at 6am the last few mornings which I'm actually loving, used to just run on the treadmill. Have weights and ab rollers etc at home so getting some done. Thing is think at this time especially its good for mental health as well as physical.

    Same here.

Have trained in the gym 4/5 times a week for a number of years. Have continued to do home workouts with the limited equipment (DBs, Kettlebell, Bench, Barbell) that I have now that gyms are closed.

But I have recently started running and have fell in love with it. It's great to switch it up between the weights and running.

Couldn't agree more that it helps your mental wellbeing as well as your physical health.

Went for a run late last night, will be doing the same tonight. Saw almost no-one and when I did I just crossed the road. I've got weights at home too so I'll get stuck into them.

Getting up at 7am and getting a run in, keeps me roughly in the same routine of getting up for work. Then 5 rounds of skipping and some weights/circuit training in the flat... don’t feel so guilty when I get on the beers at night. :56::60:
