    I can't say i'm that interested really either. I find the standard to be very low but as long as it's self sustainable through sponsorship, merchandise, gate receipts etc then it will have earned it's place on its own merits. If it's propped up by the men's team on an ongoing basis then it just becomes a box ticking exercise imo.

    As a club that boasts “Inclusive to all” and at the forefront of new ventures, we need a women’s team. We have been at the forefront of safe standing areas, Community based projects, Museum, Hotel, Disco lights and CEO with heated drive then it makes sense. It will be an opportunity to source further income in attendance figures and further TV deals. I believe the women’s teams will be at the forefront of joining an all U.K. league to enhance the sport and enable them to be more competitive against other women’s teams in European or World competition.
