    Heads up

I just saved a fair whack on my supps.

Holland and Barrett have PhD Diet Whey less than half price. Just got 2kg for 20 quid. Code SECRET15 gets you even more off the already reduced stuff.

Got Glutamine and BCAA from myprotein more or less half price too. Code EXTRA gets 25% more off.

Seen somewhere else that a protein was tested and out of the 25g serving it only had 11g

Anyone got any decent meal plans? 2000-2200 calories

Need to get more disciplined. Preferably stuff that you can bulk make for over a few days.

Selection of what's been in MyFitnesspal lately. I float around 2500kcal. If you don't have the app. Get it.

    Weetabix.

    Banana.

    Protein bar.

Frozen chicken strips in big bags - pop some in the fridge the night before. Take them in a tub to work and have some noodles with them.

Tuna pasta - make two tubs.

    Boiled egg salad.

    Stir fry.

    Fajitas

    Black pepper and cheddar flatbreads

Pizza Slice from Lidl (actually only 260 calories with 12g protein!)

    Snack shots (pasta / noodles)

    Protein balls.

Smoked salmon slices, stone baked roll.

Smoked sausage pasta (bit fatty tho)

    All kindsa green *

Cheers lads. Doing all of the above at times but with no discipline so getting no results.

Frozen chicken cubes and microwave Mexican rice is my go to work lunch for quickness. Just need to get better with dinners and cutting out *.

It's night time that is my downfall. Started a phase of not eating after 7:30pm and just having a green tea. Felt good but fell off the wagon.

    Aye, I'm the same.

Can do well and then just go mental on the crisps, biscuits, sannies. Need to get stricter man.

Going to the gym tomorrow for the first time in 2 months, put it off too long. Bad for the mental health as much as physical.
