    So many great films,perhaps my favourite of a long quality list is The Vikings.

    This could be an urban myth,i remember there was a story about John Wayne refused to work with Douglas because he starred in a film about Van Gough, Wayne considered him "soft" from then on.

    Wayne was notoriously homophobic and racist. He openly gave an interview that trashed the gay community and was pretty robust in his hate of the black peoples and their right to rise. His interview was in 1971 and not even 10 years after Dr Kings murder.

    Yes that was a Great Western ‘Gunfight At The OK Coral’ with Burt Lancaster as Wyatt Earp as well.
    That and The Vikings,loved first watching them both with my late Dad.
