    It's hard to comprehend how well NL has done since coming back.

    Recruitment massively improved
    3 trophies from a possible 3
    Top of the table (again)

    And the style of football, during parts of certain games recently has been incredible

    Whatever he said at half time worked a charm, we were unplayable in that 2nd half.

    Credit for sticking with the 2 up top after that first half defensive display.

    Just a guess but maybe he's recognised he's a confidence player and is going out his way to talk him up because we're pushing ahead with this 3-5-2 & will more than likely be utilising him alot in the run in. Good man management.

    I liked seeing how he interacted with Ntcham as he was subbed off. Big Oli had an ear-to-ear grin as Lenny said something in his ear. He's got him back in 'the zone' and playing well.

    For all of the plaudit's the rat got for man-management he couldn't do what Lenny has done and get Oli back onside and playing for the team.

    Eddie has also taken his game on a few levels under Lennon, he's tracking back, he's releasing the ball at times when he may have tried to continue his run previously.

    The next big task for Lennon is to have a sit down with Ajer and see why things are going so wrong for him at the moment. He's turning in some Ambrose-esque but isn't coming under the same scrutiny because the likes of Forster is digging him out of holes; it's going to cost us if it continues.
