I suppose that's the point of a forum to have varying opinions on things but I don't think he gets the credit he's due for the job that he's done; especially when you consider that was achieved through such a turbulent and transitional period.

3 months of it coaxing the rat's team over the line in 2 competitions.

Then the last 8 months after effectively replacing the whole backline bar Ajer.

Could be wrong but looked like medial ligament damage to me. Even a sprain he's out for a month.. MJ gets injured far too much for me, like most of our squad.

Something needs to change drastically. Sick of saying it. It's a joke

I'd be surprised if it's anything but ligament damage to be honest, which is likely an op and 3 months best case scenario.

He's very injury prone but certainly not the only one, which says more about us than it does mikey.

Moussa dembele who was ravaged with hamstring problems while here has went 18 months injury free at lyon. Its more than just a coincidence.

Lennon * me off a bit with his reaction towards MJ. Screaming at him immediately after the tackle, seemingly more concerned with who he was bringing on than the players well being then he looked like he told him to * off when he was forced off. Could be reading it wrong but came across as very ott and out of order. Could maybe see his point in a game that's in the balance but we were coasting.

I think he was just frustrated, in not getting an answer on whether he could continue or not.

Maybe we should have bought the big heated tent Ronnie wanted that clubs throughout Europe are using, its known that cold temperatures aren’t good for athletes and can cause muscle injuries, surely we can afford it ?

That's more than a bit * doin that to a young guy who's just had his umpteenth injury and is desperate to play.

    Yeah, I agree.

Definitely well over the top from Lenny considering the scoreline and time left on the clock.

He needs to be able to trust the players , he should know how bad the injury feels , I like mj and can see him go far here , but he has to be stronger and take the responsibility ,he is thinking of the fan rage if he goes off injured , but most importantly he has to think of the team and himself .

All that matters is the League, don't get me wrong would love to win the SC and have the QT, but securing the title is always the main priority, Lenny needs to keep the players focused and make sure they have the appetite for the fight.

    * love Lennon, massive skeptic of his return but hes proved me wrong.
Also not said anything on last night yet, though he was bang on to have a wee go. MJ was making a mess of it all but mostly he now has ANOTHER player out injured. Of course hes frustrated. Fair play to MJ for wanting to stay on mind you, but he needs to bulk the * up. Built like me, one wee gust of wind and were off our feet!!

Nothing wrong with what he said to him. Too many fairies in modern society. Should have been done in private though.

Guy has bumped Lennon of a win. He's on 45.

27 (out of 34) in the League, 10 (out of 14) in Europe, 4 (out of 4) in the Scottish Cup, 4 (out of 4) in the League Cup,

Lennon is a fiery character and always was. He’s also a fan and a highly successful manager that is currently under pressure from (hate to say it) a well organised filth team that is very strong under Gerrard. Any manager with character would possibly have acted similar. Fergie, Mourinho and even Walter Smith back in the day. Unfortunately Lenny was caught on camera at a time he was rightly * off with Johnston. He (MJ) is playing with the big boys and needs to realise that was an * mistake. It’s over and Lenny’s anger seemed to subside in his interview. Over and done and a mistake Mikey will never make again.
