I think bayo was brought in for a threat at set pieces ,although I do believe lenny will be looking for another player who will pose a threat at corners , possibly a defender like balde or striker who can out muscle or can head a ball .

  2. There's 2 guys who would be an insta-fix, but one is probably only a loan option, while the other one should be completing military service in a special club.

  4. Oh-se Hun (CF) and Lee Kang-in* (AMC, set piece wizard). We could buy the striker, and both of them had a stormer of an U-20 WC this year. South Korea was nearly World Champion.

    * Official Romanization is crappy for both names.

Deadly set pieces, all because Lee Kang-in is so creative with them. Oh-se Hun is 193 cm tall, and knows how to head the ball. Incredible hold-up skill, too. Tested against physically strong Africans.

We cant buy someone called Hun ffs :56:

  6. Was expecting that. This is why I said the Romanizations are crap. It's pronounced differently. Then again, would the actual Huns care? They might pass the ball to him, thinking he's one of theirs.:56:

Id quite like to see a 2 upfront option but requires a * of a lot of work. Means we need a striker in before we go to dubai.

    Either;

    Forster
    Frimpong ajer jullien Taylor
    Brown
    McGregor Ntcham
    Forrest/Christie/Rogic
    Sporar(if he signs) Edouard

    or

    .............Forster
    .......Elhamed Jullien Ajer
    Frimpong...................Taylor
    ..........Brown....McGregor....
    ............Forrest................
    ....Sporar.......Edouard...

Think it’s a mistake to treat the huns the same as the rest in the league because they gave much more quality than the others

We u think have got complacent arrogant and we need to approach the games with the attitude of our first game against them this season

Also last year we preferred to play a more solid right back in lustig maybe playing frimpong is a bit to ambitious against them go with elhamed in a 4141

Rb cb cb lb, dm, lw cm am rw, cf, depending who were playing we could swap out a winger for a more balanced midfielder to strengthen our battling possession qualities against tougher sides

  9. Would deffo like to see us go with 3 at the back more..

Bringing in a mobile left footed centre half should be a priority. Or someone extremely comfortable there..

Ajer Jullien Left footed centre half

    3-4-2-1/3-4-3
    3-5-2..

we should've matched up the huns 4-3-3 with Ntcham in the midfield 3 for Christie. I like the 3-4-3 idea McGuire has posted above as well. Maybe Taylor on the left of the back 3?

whats really the odds at us bringing in two south koreans at the one time? Pure obscure af recommendations and far too big a risk to expect them to adapt in terms of culture, lifestyle and football.
Can think of a lot better recommendations to make an impact on a title run in tbh

Would like to see us bring in another striker who can play with Eddy and play a diamond.

    ————————Forster—————
    ElHamed/—Jullien—Ajer/ElHamed-Taylor
    Frimpong
    ——————New CDM/Brown——————
    2 from Christie/Mcgregor/Brown/New
    ————Elyounoussi/Rogic/Forrest———
    ———New Striker ——- Edouard——-

I would sell Ntcham if a good offer is received I think he is a good player but doesn’t fit well into our system, similarly I would be willing to listen to offers for Rogic.

I personally hate playing 3 at the back. For me it gives our centre backs an extra body to pass to and we end ip playing a more slow style of play. With all players we have at the club now, and with the forward planning aspect in mind I'd love to see
    Forster
    Frimpong Julien Ajer Taylor
    Christie McGregor
    Forrest Rogic Elynoussi
    Edouard
With a new DCM and striker and maybe versatile attacking mid I'd like
    Forster
    Frimpong Julien Ajer Taylor
    Forrest McGregor Christie Elynoussi
    Edouard Sporar
With this line up could have the new AM in place of Forrest and the nee DM in for either McGregor or Christie.
By the way I'm suggesting Broonie is done. I'm just looking to the future. He won't be here forever.

A striker similar to Bayo, but with more ability would be ideal. Once minor criticism of Edouard is that he’s not particularly strong in the air, whether that’s for knock downs or in the box. I also feel that the amount of whipped balls into the box we waste is incredible. I’d like to have the option of a striker with the same poacher’s instinct, that Hooper or Dembele had/have. This would also help with our aerial threat from corners, as Jullien appears to be our best threat there. One player good at that isn’t enough.

Thought some of the analysis on MOTD summed up Celtic so far this season. The way Soton played Leicester and CP finished the game against Arsenal with an aggressive high press is how we started the season and were scoring goals for fun and winning at Ibrox. The way CP started the game against Arsenal - standing off and a half-hearted press is how we've been playing for the past couple of months when we've started to struggle to score and been 2nd best against the huns. We need to bring back the aggressive high press in the final 3rd or I fear for us this season.
