Yes, the Tories are monsters and horrible *. You said in another post that you don't give a * about Rod, the SNP or the Tories, well maybe you should.

Homelessness and food bank use have went through the roof since 2010 when they were elected. The poor are suffering and anyone who supports this government should be ashamed of themselves.

 

Just put the 'rod get to *' part and leave the rest then, with a disclaimer at the bottom outlining. 'These are the sole views of the green brigade and do not represent celtic football club or it's supporters as a whole' etc etc

 

Not really.... But Rod isn't getting us stupid fines with * that isn't relevant to football.

They should start a Twitter which states their views are their own if they want to get into politic * that cause our club grief.

Not a fan of Rod all that much, not great to see him told to * Off like that though.

I don't actually think he put a whole lot of thought into that tweet, probably trying to be clever/funny to state he is still number 1 compared to "Robbie, Boris and Pete". He lives on another planet and is getting on a bit so I'd cut him a bit of slack.

GB and Rod can both do and say what they like. I'm not gonna lose sleep over either

The club can pay the fines off the merchandise they sell from stuff the GB have done, I know they don’t speak for everyone. I just feel they had a right to retort to the * Rod and his pals have been throwing their way.

 

You should educate yourself then.

More empathy and less ignorance would benefit many people.

 

Did you do so in such a public manner as Rod did? Wake up and look at what has really gone on here. Lawwell has used Rod to go after the GB yet again.

 

Then reply with a tweet, a well worded letter, go pitch up outside his house, protest at his next concert. Why make a large banner that is faceless and looks to come from the general Celtic support?


Don't think any on here are defending Rod and his tory wankered beliefs, but the GB need to wind their neck in when they are at CP and a representation of the wider Celtic support.

 

I don't quite have the same amount of followers on twitter, but yes I have slated them on twitter in a public manner as well.

 

They are bringing a banner into Celtic Park telling Rod and the Tories to * off... What is that achieving? Nothing from our clubs perspective at all.

We had another ex player die this week.... I reckon a banner showing support for his family is more important than a tiff between people's political views at our game.

 

How exactly did he go after the GB? They have never once claimed to represent the wider support, just as our board nor Rod does.

 

You should go to a board and speak about politics rather than telling someone on a Celtic board to educate themselves over politics.... There might even be a thread on here about it.

 

There's an argument that they are being got at for a reason though. Its not just Lawell, Lennon and fellow fans have been criticising them. There is an impression they think they are without fault and above criticism.

They are responding to the * from Rod and his supporters on our clubs board. Yes it’s divisive but it’s their response no one else’s.

 

You could always have a read of it yourself and learn a few things.
