Not a problem Alec. Good to see it going to some young kid probably making his year. I got it for free so only best to pass it on free. Someone actually offered me 100 quid for it but didn't want to sell it. Also cheers again for the lift after the game, especially in that weather.



As for the game, my kids * loved it and now I can put my own curse behind me of always seeing them * beat us in finals. Hoping now to get them in Scots cup final for the quadruple treble haha.

As for the game, very nervy but we managed to do it yet again. Hail Hail!

What a day...

We didn’t play anywhere near our best and yes they had the better chances and had more of the ball, but only one thing counts...

And that’s where the trophy ended up. Paradise.

I feel strangely underwhelmed tonight. Delighted we won but concerned how they dominated us for the 3rd time in a year

 

Gerrard should have made them stay out and watch us lift the cup. They should have been made to face the uncomfortable truth that even on our worst day when they bust a gut trying (and failing) to score that they still weren't good enough to beat us. But he let them go to the dressing room rather than having that minute of pain that could spur them on to never feel that way again. Cowards and perpetual losers. We broke them today.

Those aside, you’ll want to watch Morelos wee fat face in a huff missing the penalty and Ryan Jack greetin his wee dour dip aff at the end.

 

I've seen players collecting runners up medals with pride for being there and some in annoyance but their faces was like the medal made it far far worse, a symbol of being *. However they have now been runners up in all 3 competitions now.

 

I felt like this at first but I'm over it now.

With Eddy back we are a different animal. Elyounoussi was completely off the pace and looked like he was running through treacle. Forrest was invisible and is slightly off form imo. No Boli too remember

We should beat them comfortably at the end of the month with our players fully fit and ready

I had a wee think about it. One game we lost as the league was over, so i kind of dropped that one lol. And twice they bossed us when we didnt have a striker. Last year wee Johnstone played up front today Morgan. We need to stop this *, as it buggers our total attacking play! But it lets their midfielders operate way higher then they could with french Eddy. Thus creating constant overflow against our CM. Morgan was clueless, didnt have a chance against those two towers against him. If Leigh is out, why not give Afolabi a chance? His attacking instincts must be better then Morgans.

 

Reading the Sun online there and there's mention of Brown and Arfield having words at the pre match handshake... I missed this. Did anyone see it?

Not to mention Motherwell and Hibs away for them .. it's a horrific run of fixtures for them , poor lads

We had decisions today but Morelos should have been booked for persistent fouling and then red carded for he off the ball on Jullien.

 

Ye, it was caught on bt. Brown shook hands. Arfield (all wound up) tried to hold on to his hand and brown pulled his hand away starred at him and kept going. Arfield is great before the game or when it's going his way. but when the * hits fan in the heat of the game today he was anonymous, bar skying a needless shot out of hampden
