Gigs Thread

I walked from my mates house to Falkirk High one morning, took me about 45 mins. He stays a good bit further away from the stadium.

Of course you need to factor in pishedness and stoating around in the dark. They have decent taxi services around there though. Sure you can even flag some of them down like black hacks in Glasgow.

Taxi from the station to his was about 7.50 so probably no more than 6 quid from the stadium.

 

Also if you are going to walk then pace yourself. That last road up to the station is almost vertical

Luckily I understand that it's your aspergers that is the issue, but it's not healthy that you obsess and chase an known guy over an internet site and get yourself wound up.

I'm not even the first guy you do it to on here. Other guys didn't initially click that it's aspergers.

Nah man I grew up nearby, don’t ever recall a taxi there being as cheap as £6 even in the ‘90s, even for a relatively short journey.

Its 2 and a half miles from stadium to station. Any more than 6 quid is robbery.

 

Just checked the distance from my mates to the station and it's only less than half a mile difference. I'm usually quite good with directions so that surprised me.

Still should only be 7 quid tops in a taxi (traffic permitting).

 

Wolftones on Friday night then a week later in Leeds for some noisy d-beat hardcore punk.

I know it'll help you and stop your obsessive behaviour. It's not normal to chase a random unknown guy around a forum, due to correcting inaccurate facts in a car thread, for what must be 18 months now.

You're only point scoring jibes have been an opinion of a pop singer was going to be a success or not. It's seriously trivial, but means a lot to you that can't let it drop. That thread is 14 months old!

I'm not going to get pulled into * for tat or name calling or calling you out. I really don't have the time to pay attention let alone obsess.

I would be embarrassed to behave like that and getting personal with someone who behaves like they do due to aspergers is really low.

As I said before I genuinely hope you get the help you need.

Honestly man that is garbage patter and you should apologise.

Feel free to call him a * like he done to you but making jokes about illnesses, or even worse, being serious about illnesses is beyond the pale.

Folk get banned on here for calling someone a Hun but this Asperger's * is far far worse.

I'm not making fun of his aspergers. I've said I wish him all the best and I'm only trying to convince him to stop.

I have nothing to apologise for. I've been civil and understanding. Most other folk would have ripped him to bits.

I've never said it in a bad way and just trying to convince him to let me go. It's tiresome and it just ruins the forum for other people when thread get derailed like this.

Accusing him of having an illness is * patter though.

Being patronising by "hoping" he gets help is just putting mustard on top of said * patter.
