    Great advice.

    It took me actually going to Celtic Park and watching him to fully understand this about him, I ended up just watching him for ages and not the ball cause it was fascinating how he just moved about predicting exactly where everything was going to happen in the middle third of the park, plus using his strength in the tackle and totally bossing the opposition. It felt like he was in total control of the game.

    For me it was a revelation. It's not very glamorous but absolutely critical to our success in these last 8 years and he's looking well up for a few more.
