It was a terrific run to get into the position for the goal, will do his confidence a world of good.

I dunno if he's underrated by our support or not, but always looks very decent when he comes on. Hope the goal and the performance spurs him on.

Don’t GAF if he never plays for us again, he dreamed of that moment and he’s lived it. Brilliant to see. Hates they manky * as much as we do.

Very pleased for him. Gets his fair share of stick, unfairly in my opinion. Never hides.

Think he's always been played out of position to be honest (may well be wrong on this) but at Aberdeen he was great.

Yeah, I always remember him being one of those players who troubled us (probably why we got him).

If I could have hand picked someone to score today it would have been him, think he's better than he gets credit for and he quite clearly loves the club.

Is it just me or does he look like a drunk who tans a bottle of the hard stuff every night and his nose gives the game away? Ha ha

Hes full of praise for lennon and brown in his interviews, gives abit of insight to the mentality of the dressing room.

Never puts a foot wrong the rare times he's called up, couldn't ask or expect more of a squad player and really underrated by a lot of out support.

I’ve said it a million times on here, he gets a hard time but a guy like him is very much worth having in the squad.

Has some good qualities and works his * * off, he’s a guy that never hides.

It’s sounds the minimum that you would expect from a Celtic player but not everyone has it.

Wish Scott Sinclair had his attitude.

Really pleased for JH yesterday. It's been tough for the little fella since signing with us.

From being a first choice regular at Aberdeen to becoming a fringe player with us, would have upset most players. But you never hear him complaining about game time or being played out of position.

The squad obviously love him, and to return from that leg break at Dundee again shows his character.

Be interesting to see if he can get more minutes this season, and add to his Celtic happy memories.

    I agree..

I wouldn't want him as a starter or even as a first choice back-up personally but as a versatile guy kicking about...he's definitely useful over a long season..

As he said yesterday.....he trains hard every day even when no playing. He's 100% well liked in the squad. Him and Broony seem to be best pal's..

For that run alone....he looked rapid again. He hasn't always looked sheep quick since he's been here for me. Thought the injuries might've done him but he showed a mental burst that surprised me..

He’s quicker over a distance than he is off the mark mate, always has been, just had the opportunity to show that more at Aberdeen.

It was the same when he got MOTM against Valencia.
