Alarm bells should be ringing with the pistol and lenny but I am sure they have been suppressed. we should be recognising the shortfall we have in defence and spending a big part of the banked money we have to ensure the league, but the reality of it is we won't. This club is run as a PLC and so needs to show profit just like BT, EE, Vodafone, PWC etc.

We as customers have the right to stop contributing to the PLC if we are not happy with the product we are getting i.e. if showcase cinemas were showing * films or in messy * filled cinemas you wouldn't go near them. Difference is, we are all invested in Celtic and that is what the PLC board depend on. We like Celtic to get a great deal on TV money but don't stop to ask where that money is actually coming from (fukin us daft cnts who pay the subscriptions). We pay every year >£55 for a Celtic tap which was made for less than a fiver with some unfortunate on the subcontinent picking up ten bob for his/her efforts. This is a board with no morals and no respect for the support. I like lenny as a person but would have to question his judgement with boli and some of the decisions made tonight.

 

Lawwell's dropped the ball big time three seasons in a row now and needs replaced pronto.

He's penny pinching us out of being a regular CL team to be a team that will eventually struggle to qualify to EL soon enough. Even a blind * could see that our squad has been too weak to compete even against the champions of Austria, Poland and now Romania, nevermind the big boys from England, Spain, Germany and France.

The recruitment of Lennon, what was that? Not even looking into other candidates, what a joke. Our best talents is leaving us because of the lack of ambition from the board. Soon we will be sinking down to the levels where we'll be celebrating away wins against Partick Thistle as we've won the CL.

The board has become complacent and fresh blood and new thinking is needed ASAP.

 

Never mind blaming Lenny or not having a rb sorted. It'll be this man to blame when we don't win the 10. Van Djik, Dembele, now Tierney gone. Some sort of European football every year. Where does that money go? Certainly doesn't get pumped into transfers

He also sneaked the Lenny appointment through on the high of the treble treble without doing any proper due diligence and recruitment process, it’s unbelievable.

Can’t believe this guy has survived so many major blunders and continues to be remunerated to the level of a top EPL CEO.

Tonight Lenny made mistakes, no question. He cops some of it tonight.

We're cutting our nose off to spite our face every year by gambling on getting through with makeshift team's that are crying out for an injection of quality in a number of positions..

It's no rocket science. Aye we've spent a bit of money but the team needed surgery this window after year's of poor recruitment in a number of window's. It wasn't a touching up job, it needed the full sanding down and coating..
