    He wasnt even fully recovered from his ruptured hamstring before they went to Austria. The boys still injured.

    Lennon was talking about him going only to be involved in the squad, same position as Tierney.
    Then he's out playing in training games and playing 45 minutes against Weiner. * hour in the medical department continues.

    It’s definitely not ideal but the medical staff would rightly take a tanking if he played with a twinge and ended up out for months. Hopefully we see him fit for the late qualifiers at least.

    I was going to say this.

    People are quick to take the * out the player but question is has he been rushed back.

    Not sure what his injury record was like prior to joining. Our medical staff have a bit of a history...amount of injuries we get isn't a coincidence for me.

    NEIL LENNON has revealed Vakoun Issouf Bayo has suffered another hamstring injury.

    The Ivory Coast hitman scored in the pre-season friendly win over Wiener SC on Saturday.

    But the £2million January signing sat out last night’s game against St Gallen.

    Bayo missed the final three months of last season and could now be a doubt for the Champions League qualifier against FK Sarajevo.

    Lennon told Celtic TV: “Unfortunately we have to wait and see how he is.

    “He felt a little twinge on the hamstring.

    He was looking really good as well.”

    I think we get the odd initial injury more than the usual team because of the demands of our season.

    The problem is clearly a neglected recovery process and the failure to even identify the injuries properly at times. Same players with the same injuries all the time.

    Moussas hamstring reoccured
    Griffs calf reoccured
    Tams knee
    Paddys hamstring
    Jozos knee

    Nirs knee seriously misdiagnosed
    Stu was playing with a hernia
    KT also playing with a hernia
    Severity of Paddys hamstring misdiagnosed led to reoccurment.

    Would also keep an eye on Eboue being involved in football activities 8 months after a cruciate injury. Unheard of.
    I'd imagine city have taken control of Arzanis and he's nowhere near a football yet.

    Jesus! I hope it was precautionary... I was looking forward to seeing what he might bring from the bench, or as part of a pair... looked like he had a good read of defense and an eye for an opportunity...
