Nearly half the regular starting line-up are his guys. I love the guy but he completely failed to raise the teams performance and it possibly even got worse. Seriously * off but it's done now so can only hope things improve.

Don't trust the board to back him one bit though.

Nearly half? What’d you mean ‘his’ guys?

    Don’t get this at all

Lustig, Forrest, Brown and Rogic. All players he managed, 3 of which he brought into the team (he's Forrest played a couple of times under Mowbray).

He wasn't coming into something unknown. Those 4 are key players and are some our leaders on the pitch. It's not like he came into an entirely new team. Some of the groundwork he himself lay was a still in place.

So about 36%? Wouldn’t go for half but there you go.

Well he better get used to a fair few of the other man's team. It's not going to be a completely different XI we have next season.

I also think contrary to what he has said that he has made changes in our style of play since coming in and a lot of the time we have struggled. Whether that's down to the players or just issues given the stage he has came in at who knows.

I just think that for the most part what we have seen the past 3 or 4 months hasn't been encouraging. Then again, we were faltering under Rodgers for a spell before he left. So * knows.

Just have serious doubts about whether Lennon is right for it this time around. Time will tell.

It's been a long old season. Kind of glad we have a break and can target some new blood because the squad does need it. Has to be quality though.

He's been caught lying a few times, but I find it remarkable that Lawwell has now reached the point where he knows we know he's lying and doesn't care. I think he has done a brilliant job on the business side and I'll be sad to lose that; but the contempt he now has for our support is why he really ought to be shown the door now.

Bit disappointment at the lack of effort from the board and at the time not too happy at Lennon being offered the job. But I was steaming drunk and now that I have finally sobered up after the weekend, I am confident that Lenny is the man to bring us the 10.
He just needs the backing from the board with a few signings and I feel he can do it no problem.
But as mentioned previously there will be people on his back when we finally lose one of the trophies cause there's no way we can keep this up! This Treble after Treble after Treble cannot be the norm and we will never see its likes again! Such a high standard has been set over the last 3 years, Lennon just needs to keep the League train running on the tracks.

Fries my * brain mate, he gets it from all angles in Scotland as it is without us joining in.

There’s people having genuine concerns, constructive criticism, that’s fine but * like that is just designed to be disrespectful and they can go take a * to themselves.

Such a wee shame people feel the need to say “I love Lenny but...”, the oppressed wee souls.

I'm going to wait and see what this summer brings but for me if the investment in the playing squad isn't there then it will be the end for me in terms of paying money in to the club. I'm just not willing to be taken for a ride by this board again.

When you take the last few transfer windows in to account and now Lennon getting the job without alternatives even being explored it's a * disgrace really.

What would have happened if we had lost against Hearts? I'm assuming the job was his regardless or we would have panicked and picked someone off the list of managers that approached us? Clear as day, another example of the sheer negligence and lack of foresight and planning from Lawell and co.

Like everybody has already said, I love Lennon, he's a legend, but this is a massive step in the wrong direction. Look at his tactics in the cup final...

Plays McGregor, Rogic, Johnstone, Edouard, Forrest, all very good on the ball, very creative and able to beet a man, what do we do, get it to Lustig and pump the ball up the park towards Edouard, bypassing every single one of our creative midfielders and forwards for Berra to win just about every ball in the air.

The one thing you don't do against a Hearts side with Berra at the back against our forwards is cross lots of balls in to the box or pump the ball up the park and that's basically all we tried for 90+ minutes. We got a HUGE slice of luck on Saturday as we have in a number of games since Lennon took over and that should have been enough for the board to sit up and realise Lennon was/is not the man to take this football club forward.

The way it was announced as well, trying to sneak it under the radar whilst everybody was celebrating an incredible achievement, shows exactly what Lawell and co think of us as fans.

Anybody that compares this period to the 90's and calls people spoiled is a * idiot as well. This isn't the 90s, we're not on the brink of collapse, we have £30 mil sat in the bank plus Rodgers money whilst Rangers who are building a squad out of loans and freebies almost look like becoming semi-competitive and that just boggles my mind.

You never see this kind of * leveled at Lubo or Henrik. Then they never came back and faced death threats or assaults on the football pitch so they don't bring it on themselves.

    Spot on mate.

Type of * that would make me hate Henrik ever coming back in some sort of coaching capicity. Don’t think I could cope with * being snide about him :56:
