    This just in from the gospel according to Bryan67:

    Moyes is preferred by DD over Lennon who is PL's man... but that's only if Rafa gets what he wants at Newcastle and the others we talk to don't take their interest further or don't impress DD.

    'DD is still confident over Rafa but no Rafa does not mean lennon, may be moyes but others ahead of them

    Currently..

    -Any chance of being announced on Monday if it's Rafa?

    That's the plan, Rafa aware of that but i don't see DD rushing him if for example it goes on to Wednesday next week. DD does want it sorted by 31/05 at the very latest..

    PS: KDS is for tories and that's the last I'm posting :biggrin:

    It makes sense, Lenny would defo be a a PL guy, cheap, yes man, greatfull for the job as it's the best by a long way he will be offered again.

    Dermo doesn't mind splashing the cash on the Boss man and probably comes out of his pocket..

    For me, if it ain't to be a Rafa or a Jose type manager, then it has to be a avb, the brugges guy, Marco rose(not able to now) sort of appointment. Someone that has a more continental approach, has decent connections and can continue us on the direction of good training, health, etc. Along with modern ideas of football.

    Moyes and Lennon are the last two to be considered as far as I am concerned.
