Exactly. It's something new which * have been crying out for and if they actually bothered to watch the corner it very nearly came off.

I still canot believe losers can celebrate so much. ......in 3 competi tions and and lose in every one of them.......then think it's fantastic to beat the league winners at home ....how will the celebrate when we do the RHEBLE RHEBLE RHEBLE. Celebrate that they beat us twice in 14 games .Look out for the samaratin hot lines being constantly engaged.
HAIL HAIL WE ARE THE CHAMPS everyone below us are losers
.......even thosee who finish in the top 2

Thank * the league was already wrapped up. Certain players out there today should never pull on the hoops again; Burke, Toljan to name a few

The board need to think about what they saw today because if that is what we have to look forward too next season its gonna be painful

This was a big game, regardless of already having the league won (thank *!). What's worse is the manner of defeat. Wouldn’t have cared (AS MUCH) about a loss with some effort from our Bhoys, but no one fully turned up. I want to say that a loss like this will light a fire under the board, the manager, and the players. I hope I’m wrong, but it feels doubtful.

    1) The board will reinforce that the league is wrapped up already, so while it’s frustrating to supporters, it’s likely to be of little concern to them.

    2) Lennon has looked a nervous wreck after his first few games. To me, this either means he has all the pressure and nothing to play for because he isn’t getting the position… or he is getting the position and knows the immense challenges ahead.

    3) What players will remember this performance and let it fuel them on going forward?
    • Lustig would care but is likely off, and I hope that Toljan is off, too.
    • Sinclair may take something from it, but he’s only got another year and is likely already eyeing his exit.
    • Ntcham has been eyeing that exit since Dembele left.
    • Burke is just mince, lacking both a good touch and confidence.
    • Rogic was completely anonymous today and I hope he wakes up during the Cup final.
    • Johnston needs a sandwich or three.
    • Bain needs some competition to keep his form as good as it’s been up until today.
    • Jozo and Ajer will take this to heart and will learn from today, but I doubt Benko will be here next year to care.
    • We had NO OTHER CFs on the bench. What if they had taken out Eddy? Frightening that that’s the case and that Eddy is our only option at the moment with Weah gone.
    • Broony will learn from this, too, but we can’t build a team around him long term.
    • CalMac will learn, too, and we should be trying to build a team around him.
    • Hayes, not great but bless him for trying to push forward when no one else seemed to have it in them.

Today, we only 3 shots with 1 on target (with six minutes to go)… they had 11 with 5 on target with only 43% possession.

In December, we had 7 shots with 1 on target… they had 14 shots with 7 on target with 53% possession.

Worse than December. Only positive from the match is that Moreorless still can’t score against us.

The midfield went missing from the start same as the 29th Brown left to do it all isn't going to work start with Johnston expected to cover Lustig gave away the free kick that they scored from and too many timeshare the ball away cheaply. Burke,Rogic and McGregor missing in action Aroused unable to get hold of the ball to bring other players into game and one time he does Burke makes a mess of it overall one to forget But lesson need to be learned from it for future to stop it being repeated

Awful stuff. Worse than the NY preformance.
A spiritless turn out from a good chuck of the squad. Sad.
Every celtic player should donate the ticket monies back to the supporters who went today.
Shouldn't even be up for discussion.
Cup final is worrying for me.

To me, it signals the general direction of the ball to the defending team, and nobody is in a position to attack the posts directly. All players bunched up just makes any marking job easier.

We all saw it today a team we hate/slated that is full of average players who they got on the cheap/loans make us look absolutely *.

And yet we are supposed to have the better players.

We got beat today not because of their teams better ability but because they wanted it more(like it or not slippy had them fired up from the off).

It wont make much difference how much we spend on new players unless we have the rite man in control and that has to be sorted asap and lets get ready for next season.

It was worse than new year..

New year we looked more like scoring and getting a draw with arguably a weaker side on the day..

We were * today but as you say mate, really was meaningless as a fixture
A mind when we were at hampden as our home ground destroying the Huns 3-0 after they had clinched 8 in a row, Rudi Vata scoring

Huns were actually phoning superscoreboard and laughing at our celebration s in a meaningless friendly as they were calling it

So * them, they aren’t a good team, few good signings and we’ll be back stronger

Hopefully.. but at Hampden. DD was actually there and saw the Huns reaction and how the Celtic fans there felt!

You have to wonder how ‘in-touch’ He is with the feelings of the broader ‘family’.. and if he IS feeling it.... can he put it above the business instinct as before....

..... which incidentally (in bringing in BR) proved to be Celtic PLCs next piece of business in years.
