Look, the point is you wouldn't have made your snide comment about the new sheriff in town if it was Lennon offering Izzy a new contract. You'd be silent.

Going round in circles here. You can read my past replies to you because I keep having to repeat myself as you're not understanding my motive for quoting you in the first place.

To be fair half the * on here think it’s Lawwell on a jolly with our transfer dealings

Personally, I can’t really see it, I’d be extremely surprised if Izzy is here next year.

 

It seems some do have unconditional backing for him. Some gave him the permanent job as soon as he became interim and now they are too stubborn to vocalise any doubts they should rightly have.

Have people's aspirations for the club really sunk that low that Lennon is considered the best possible candidate for the job?

 

Who do you want?

 

Someone more experienced and with a better pedigree than Lennon.

Someone that is closer to the calibre of Rodgers.

I'd look to replace like for like or as close as possible.

If nobody willing to take the job matches that criteria then I'd be happy with Lennon, but I certainly wouldn't have him as my first choice to take us forward following on from Brendan.

Not a vague description of a candidate. An actual name or names of someone that you think is realistic and fits your criteria.
