    I'm not sure what's worse, offering the guy a new deal when he's clearly not even close to being the standard required. Or the fact he doesn't even want said contract. What an absolute shambles.

    Izzy has done everything asked of him so far. He was signed as a back up. In an ideal world he plays 10-15 games a season against bottom 6 and early cup rounds, giving KT a well deserved break. Unfortunately KT has been run into the ground by our last manager forcing Izzy to play more games than expected, plus these games have been consecutively rather than occasionally.
    I've always liked Izzy, great servant and has contributed mightily to our 8 and the cups in his time here, but a pragmatic view is needed now and I would be very disappointed if he stays on. Nothing against him but time has caught up with him.
    We need and can afford better.
