I too am on pills for high blood pressure, and get that constipation more than ye'd like, for me the best way is to have 2 weetabix (or Aldi's equivalent) every morning for breakfast. If you forget too many days in a row it returns, but these keep me regular. No more feeling like ye could use a spoon tae just howk it oot, it's more klingons off the starboard bow this way.
Just sayin' worth a try, ye know

Actually that's my fave curry dish South Indian Garlic Chilli Chicken, I have it just chicken breast tho and not tikka'd, I think it's more flavourable that way, but curry's don't seem to work on me til about a day later, then it's farttastic for about 5 hours

Hartlepool United football team have the unfortunate nickname “Monkey hangers.” Gained from a story of a French ship sunk off the coast during Napolianic war. Only survivor washed up was the ships monkey in French uniform and the local fishermen not ever having seen a French man before assumed the monkey was a French spy. They interrogated the monkey and then hung him from the ships mast.
Opposing fans are known to chant “Who hung the monkey?” To mock Hartlepool fans.:56:
