    Just can't see the board backing anyone to that high a level. Anyone coming here is going to have to work within a total.budget of say £20m and even then that has to be spent on 3-5 players.

    Guys like Mourinho or Benitez don't go for that.

    As I've said before a big part of the reason we got Rodgers was because of his supposed connection with the club. How deep it is only he knows the truth. But still. If He didn't supposedly have that connection or was Spanish or Portuguese like those being mentioned we wouldn't have had a chance.

    Just not wanting to get my hopes up. Still believe it will be Lennon at this stage.
