I felt I can see what Lenny is doing TBH.

The first few games he understandably just carried on playing like under Brendan Rodgers, it's only the last 3 games he has started to introduce his own style. The first time was a disaster, the second time was Aberdeen (and we all know what happened there) and then today it didn't quite click but you can see it getting there.

I think it is telling that the guy who has adapted his game most successfully is Lustig, who played under Lenny before. The amount of interceptions he made and the amount of times he recycled crosses that no one met was excellent. Not to mention a few good crosses himself. Broony, of course, is still Broony.

I know Forrest hasn't adapted as well, but Lenny (quite rightly!) seems to want a more influential role from Forrest now than he did back in the day.

I really think people need to wait until the end of the season before judging. If people leave to one side the growing story that this is more proof that Lenny isn't the man for the job and actually look at the game with fresh eyes, IMO they'll see that today was quite different from other disappointing results we've seen. I genuinely though that was a very different (and more entertaining!) nil-nil than we've been used to.

 

Allan is gone but he’s barely worth mentioning.

Bitton will stay until his contract expires. He’s said as much himself.

Kouassi, I have no idea about.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see Mulumbu and Gamboa moved on. Hopefully we find another club interested in them.

Compper another one who should leave.

I suppose there will likely be more movement in the window than usual.

 

It demonstrates people are buying into media hype on rangers if anything ,Lennon has won all the games that were cant afford to lose games , we've missed vital players and we are not at our best ,amongst this broony has got better and better .

 

No way Izzy, is gettin another deal. Hopefully on Weah.. would happily see the rest leave, if we want to progress.

 

If Lennon gets it permanently I don’t think there’s any chance Lustig and Izzy aren’t given new deals/option triggered.

 

When you look at that list it looks daunting but worst case we need 2 first teamers out of it. A right back and centre half..

We obviously need more signings but out of that list only 2 first team spots. The rest are quality 'squad' player's..

Like I said, if you think a manager with as huge a presence that Rodgers had here leaving, with all the staff, would have no effect it would be a bizarre opinion. I think we’ve been patchy all season even under Rodgers, and now we’re just trying to make it to summer after he shafted us.

We were but I still had that feeling more under O’Neill. It was impossible not to with Henrik in the team.

 

Why not Izaguirre?

I’d be surprised to see us sell Sinclair. Wonder if any club would want him if we did try to sell him.

 

We need a squad mate. The absolute state of us this season shows that. All it does is dilute our transfer budget.

Apart from maybe Lustig if he can sustain his recent return to form, would you actually want any of the 5 to stay?

Edit: oh, yeah. Weah might stay another year. Obviously I'd want to extend his loan if possible.

Tbh, I could see him back at Swansea. In the Championship, had a lot of issues, a returning hero would seem about right.

Don’t think we’d really demand a fee just to get him off the wage bill

 

I think if the board were going to appoint Lennon then they would have done so already.

I doubt they’re waiting to see if he wins the cup final against Hearts to offer him the job.

 

He’s done. And was so before he left..

 

I’d be happy with Weah and Gordon staying. Not fussed if Izaguirre stays or goes.

It's true. Up Scotland recently and everyone I was around in the pub and coming back from game's were unanimously all wanting someone else in. Same last week in a CSC down here and we won well so no knee-*..

 

I feel bad slagging him but he's so painful to watch now..

He loves the club but. It's cringey now..

Someone needs to put this love affair out of it's misery and get a divorce..

 

I'm sure Gamboa's contract is up anyway. Mulumbu has a year on his contract left. Probably sent out on loan for a year.

They may have decided on Lenny but haven't announced it now because they probably know he won't be a popular choice...
