His record at Easter Road (against Lenny infact) was 1 win in 6.

Totally agree. But this topic or this discussion is not about that and more about what we should be expecting from our next manager.

Mate, I get you want Lenny to get the job... but surely you must concerned about some of the performances and game management?

Lennon's record left Hibernian floundering in eighth place. Rodger's record left us with seven domestic honours from seven.

Fair enough...didn't realise we had won at Easter road under rat. Still not a great record.

I would want one just now to bring the team together and make that upheaval have the least effect on our results as possible until we can rebuild, which we should have done in the summer and then in January. Fair enough if you don’t want Lenny full time but I think there’s a big lack of perspective

I'm getting more and more concerned mate. You'd be a fool not to be . I justjthink some of the bashing is way over the top though.

I think we should stop comparing the record against Hibs as the barometer of everything. I think a lot of us are frustrated with every performance since Rodgers left and Lennon came in apart from Aberdeen last week. It has generally been poor.

What’s that got to do with our record at Easter Road under The Snake, if you don’t mind me asking?

I think it's important to seperate any admiration for Lenny and what he's done as a player/manager for us in the past, and his suitability for the job, the Board have a responsibilty to appoint the very best manager we can get.

If Lennon wants the job then he should be putting his stamp on the team it is clear that there is a problem winning games in the league so if he can see it the try to fix it or we may just limp to the title instead of cruising to it as we should be

I’m not really mate, we’ve seen it all season even before he was the manager, we needed to rebuild in the summer - we didn’t. We needed to rebuild in January - we didn’t.

Our players have been ran into the ground, McGregor’s played an incredible amount of football, Rogic’s been abused all season, we have one striker, Forrest has played some amount, we ad a season that started early as *, half our team is the walking wounded just now. Add that onto the fact that one of our most succesful managers ever, a real meticulous giant figure in the club left abruptly and took the coaching staff with him...

I think we’ve done well to limit the negative effects of that as much as we have. Honestly, I just need us to get over the finish line and focus on actually rebuilding in the summer. Regardless of who the manager is.

He is putting his stamp on the team. It’s resulted in a lot of dire games and dropped points, unfortunately.

jock - spot on. Most of us are NOT advocating Neil to get the job, but it's not his fault alone for the last 2 months performances

It's as if he or people around the club know he isn't getting it..

Alright getting up for the Huns and going for a treble but we're really going through the motions domestically to put it nicely..

I'll be shocked if he get's it. I think he's probably already put his self out of the running..
