THERE will be a capacity crowd at this Sunday’s Glasgow derby match, which has a 12noon kick-off, and we would ask all supporters to arrive early at Celtic Park and allow plenty of time for your journey, the stadium will open from 10:30am.

Please be mindful of your turnstile location and where practical, approach the stadium from the side of your allocated seat.

    ARRIVING ON FOOT

From 10:30am until 11am, there will be no pedestrian access for Celtic fans to a section of London Road as shown on the map below in yellow.

Pre-match segregation will be in place until 11am, as shown in yellow on the map below.

    ARRIVING BY VEHICLE

From 10am, London Road will be closed to vehicles between Springfield Road and the Clyde Gateway until post-match.

    ARRIVING BY TRAIN

ScotRail have advised that services will be very busy on Sunday and ask passengers to buy tickets before boarding the train. There’s @NetworkRailSCOT improvement works taking place so please allow plenty of time to get to the match - buses replace trains between Rutherglen, Motherwell, Whifflet & Larkhall. Please follow @scotrail on Twitter for any further updates.

The Ticket Office and Superstore will both be open as normal from 9am.

    POST-MATCH

Please note that it WILL NOT be possible to travel east to west or west to east using the North Stand underpass at full-time.

Additional signage and stewards will be in place to direct supporters at full-time.

Finally, don’t forget the clocks go forward by one hour on Sunday!

We hope all of our supporters have a great day and enjoy the match.

    All segregation removed by 11am?

ffs thats just asking for trouble. Highly unlikely the snouts will be in the stadium by 11am as they will purposefully belligerent about the whole scenario and will look to disrupt the procedure. Even more so when the cops will ultimately forced to kettle them to get them to the stadium during the window.

It’s pretty * mental. Just being 800 of them might make it more straightforward for the polis, but there isn’t a hope in * they will all be ready to be in the ground by 11am.

Holding them back until kick off if they don’t make it in time I’ve heard too?! Jeeez. That’ll go down well.

Don’t want them in our stadium an hour early singing their bile.

Surely 11:30 would have been plenty time to get 800 zombies into the stadium.

    They've been told

'It is essential that Rangers supporters who receive a ticket for the match assemble at the Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome around 10.30 hrs whereupon they will receive a Police escort across London Road to turnstiles 66 and 67.

It is estimated all visiting supporters will be inside the stadium by 11:15 hrs after which the whole Stadium footprint will be opened for general access.

Rangers supporters arriving after 11:00 hrs should be aware they are likely to be held in the assembly point at the Velodrome until after the match has kicked off and they can be safely escorted to the stadium.

This decision has been taken in the interests of safety of all supporters attending the match and is supported by Police Scotland.'

Aye they’ll be rioting, no chance they’ll be in by 11, especially if there ones going by bus which most of them will do, their end will be half full for kick which will be funny as * :56: karma is a *, only their own club to blame for it so * them. Then they’ll be made to wait back and watch us celebrate again :57:

Hopefully they have the Canine unit out to help keep the peace and the Pedigree Chum is in short supply at the kennels on Saturday night...
