I see two U.N.A.M. fans on here, no? I saw Pumas play twice a couple of months ago. Once at the Aztec stadion against América and once in Estadio Olympica (forgot against who). Very nice team and great supporters.

On topic, I only really hate two teams:

2. Club Brugge

 

Let's see.. my fellow mexican hates almost one team from each country.. interesting.. hate it's an ugly word. I don't hate almost anything in my life... but I said almost hahaha.. I hate cheaters, and Argentina its a factory of those things.. so I don't like their football.. and well .. Henry passed to my black list after that hideous hand that eliminated Ireland... and more after the pathetic performance of France in the cup.. Ireland deserved to be there... pfff * frenchies..

When I was in Mexico, it stroke me that Mexican football supporters view football more as a big party and not as some kind of a tribal war. Did not really feel that Mexicans really hated the other team. Attending football games in Mexico was a whole other experience than my experiences in Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain and Scotland.

Really, what games did you attended? And yes, I am not going to hate the other just because a game, I mean if the ideals of the other affect me besides the game (case Celtic-rangers) then it would be different... Football shall be a meting point, not the contrary

 

As said in my post above, I saw Pumas play twice a couple of months ago. Once at the Aztec stadion against América and once in Estadio Olympica (forgot against who, but it was about a week later around the time of this volcano eruption - I could not go home, so I attended this game as well).

Great atmosphere. Loved it when all the Puma supporters as well as the players started to sing the song of the university before the game at Estadio Olympic.

Was also impressed by the Puma supporters at Aztec stadion: it was impressive to see everybody in the away section jumping up and down. I was very surprised to see that the supporters of Pumas and America were sitting next to each other in my section, without problems. Everybody was supporting their team, but I felt not hatred towards the other team. Totallly different than in Europe.

 

wow man, and you where in one of the games that generates more fear and violence between police and people (pumas vs america), so you would be amazed by the peacefulness in other games...
