Unless you are going to one of the top 6 sides in England (Man City, Man Utd, Chelsea, Arsenal, Spurs, Liverpool) then the rest is just an array of mediocre boredom.

Teams playing for the square root of fuckall every season but with depths of relegation staring them in the face. Unless your one of the top 6 every other club is a yo-yo team. Could go down any season.

I tend to avoid it as well. But I’m sure Leceister’s next 3 games against Fulham, Burnley and Bournemouth will be riveting !

People slag off the Scottish game, but in my view, if the EPL had the same set-up as the SPL with a league of 12, and a split where the top-6 sides played each other at the business end of the season, the league would be immeasurably better.

There are far too many pointless tinpot games between tinpot clubs - a bit like this game today.
