Alan Gow is part-exchanged as well...

3 million and Gow, and we offered 2.75 and Riordan?! If i were Coyle at Burnley, i'd have preferred the offer we put on the table. Thank f^ck they refused it and the lanky streak of pish is off to the dark side!

Yeh I was thinking that as well actually, not that I'm bothered about it but I would say that Riordan is worth the £1/4M difference compared to Gow.

Fully agreed - couldn't give a tuppenny f^ck, but i think Burnley have proved themselves to be cretinously stupid. It is well-known that the second Gow went to Mordor, he became a lazy * who rested on his laurels, and whom the Huns wanted rid of pronto..

Riordan on the other hand is champing at the * bit to get a game, and is 3 times the player Gow ever will be.

    Their loss.

I'm glad we didn't get him he has stated he would rather play for the huns therefore I am not interested in him, I think we should pull out all the stops and get Klasnic before Wigan snap him up as he has shown that hes a decent player.

Looks like its Rangers then. Wrong move in my opinion for him from the 3 clubs in for him. Rangers have enough strikers, but if Kyle wants to spend his time on the bench then thats up to him. Would much rather have seen him at Celtic or Wolves particularly from an NI point of view and game time.

Hope he doesn't come back to haunt all those who know him so well and know how * he is.... :50:

He won't buddy - having seen him in 2 internationals, 2 league games and the cup match against Gooners (where he got sent off), i feel pretty confident of that...

He will undoubtedly bring summat different to the Huns - a bit of physical presence that has been missed since Dado Poorshow (i refuse to include Cousin), but a goalscorer he is not. His record in internationals is far better - but so is Healy's, and he is gash domestically.

3 million saved (that and the fact i'd rather have Deek R than Lafferty in the first place!)

Define "they"? I can assume you are including me in that as an NI fan myself.

If admin want to kick me out then fair enough but as far as I can see I've broken no rules, and i'm certainly not here on the wind up. My posts re Lafferty where genuine just a pity it has to spill over.

My apologies. Bad experiences in the past got in the way there. I'll be off now anyway. Maybe I'll be back when WGS tables a bid for Healy :icon_mrgreen:

Maybe a few of you will be at Hampden on the 20th August, looking forward to it myself, hope its a good one and here's to Laff getting a few goals that night :50:

Can't believe Rangers are single handedly saving our season. First they sign Miller (giving us 500k in the process) and now they sign Lafferty, meaning we can set our sights on proper quality strikers.

    Thankyou Rangers.:bbpd:

It really is the dream, in truth - that and the fact they have to keep Cousin, as no-one is cretinously stupid enough to buy him, and look to miss out on Davis too!

What's next? Flo the 2nd, just to give me a real f^cking laugh?!
