Well if it's not for the money it's certainly not for the chance to win trophies or compete in europe at leicester.
As for a warning shot, naw I don't believe that for one minute, he wants away (again). The only good thing in this mess is the board had the sense to get him on a contract that will result in a decent compensation amount and they will be able to provide stability just now.

 

OK BR goes and its the walking away so suddenly in mid season that really * people off, that and going to a mediocre mid table EPL side, but no man is bigger than the club, managers come and go, the club and its fans are there for the long run and we will soldier on, get the treble, show we can do it without BR, and get a forward strategy together that will engage and excite fans. Look at the current positives especially the amount of young talent emerging. We will overcome this !!

 

He achieved alot and brought us some great times. I was gutted when Lennon left. I don't forget he brought us Forster, Izzy, Lustig, Mulgrew Van Dijk, Wilson, Ledley, Kayal, Wanyama, Commons, Forrest, Hooper, Stokes etc. He is a good manager and is a big part of this crack at 10 in a row.

That said, it feels like going backwards, with it being an ex manager and especially succeeding Brendan. I understand why people don't want Lennon long term

Lost a lot of respect for Rodgers here, I had a feeling he would leave at the end of the season, but this is too soon. I blame a lot of it on the board he was given promises of money and they haven't delivered much. Thought he'd stay on till the summer. Hope lennon isn't the permanent choice though.

Would agree, but I was always cynical as regards the boyhood heroes and the club he has loved all his life, living the dream nonsense, football is a profession and emotion plays a part of it all, but ultimatey £ talks and Leicester is just another stepping stone for BR and Leicester fans know this and expect immediate results from BR. Predict a short stay.....
