It’s definitely a bit nerdy but it has it’s uses I think. Gives an indication whether a result was just a freak, whether a manager is setting teams up correctly and just getting unlucky etc.

No it isn’t. It’s a new type of statistical analysis. You can take it or leave it but it definitely is useful.

Useful for the clubs, when you hear fans of franchises banging on about it it is a waste of time. Especially, as St. Pauli said, when it is after the game.

It is one of the minor reasons, there are multiple major reasons too, why I don't watch any EPL or Champions League anymore.

The amount of fekkin times I go to click on the last post of a thread I,d read and ……. a fekkin advert drops the page and I click on the member who last posted on the thread above , their profile page comes up . if this was like before the board changed and you ( pre advert days sigh ! ) accidentally clicked on member it showed you as the last visitor to this page but it didn't happen often . Now i.d be getting accused of being the fekkin biggest stalker on this site :fear: these days .

The use of the word ‘shutout’ in football meaning a clean sheet. So Americanised it’s painful.

Although, of all the Americanisms to get annoyed with, this should be super low down the list I guess. Period.
