Was thinking when I saw it, just looked like a sore one with studs to the ankle, those are brutal at the time, but heal up pretty quickly.

We were winning comfortably mate :31:

We must have the lowest amount of injury time in the league when we're winning by more than 1 goal..

Always the same. The 5-1 game at Ibrox, they gave about 20 seconds extra. Again all 6 subs made.

I do get the criticism of Izzy and how his position leaves us open on that side. As a defender he is expected to defend. But as I see it since he has been first pick he has linked up with Sinclair brilliant. In turn this has Scotty's all round attacking game has improved and the goals have come. Izzy is more important for his work on the wing and puts a lot of work into passes and crosses into the box. His presence has brought a totally different dimension to the play.

I think part of what you’re saying is to do with Sinclair taking more responsibility in KTs absence. Sinclair can at times let KT shoulder the burden too much down the left.

That’s probably the most bizarre criticism to aim at him. He’s slow and out of position a lot but his link up play, passing and crossing has been * excellent in KT’s absence. He’s been a big part in Sinclair’s upturn in form.

You’re watching something completely different from me then. One for Forrest’s goal a few weeks back was excellent, during the week for Sinclair when Clarke made an excellent save, even back in for Boyata to hit across goal last night that none of our strikers reacted to. His crossing and passing has been generally excellent.

Which brings us to his link up play, Sinclair does need to do more, no doubt, Izzy is not anywhere near the level of KT and Sinclair tends to hide and let him do his stuff. With Izzy, he can’t do that, he’s the main focal point, which Izzy plays off of brilliantly. He makes an option for Sinclair and plays him where Sinclair wants to be, he drags defenders away from him, he plays him in when he’s one on one, he plays the early pass and moves to drag players around. They link up very well.

Izzy has been part of a defence that hasn’t conceded in 6 games. People underrate the importance of the job he’s done coming in.

his passing is awful , at least 10/11 times a game he gives the ball away , he got us hit on the break 4 times last night due to his terrible passing

    KT needs to return rapidly

I completely disagree, he plays the early ball into the strikers or Sinclair brilliantly. He’s also always in position to recieve the ball.

He’s nowhere near Tierney, few players in our team are. Obviously we can’t wait till he’s back but there are a lot of things he can still learn off of him and he has filled in very well.

The amount of times Izzy is nowhere to be seen when the opposition attack down the right is frightening, he can’t get up and down anymore, in that sense he’s an inadequate option.
