  14. If he's any injury issues stay well clear...fek that, dosnt matter how good he sounds he's no use if he's not playing.

  15. By the looks of things he's only ever had the one issue and that's since been sorted. He needed a knee op which stopped his move to Gladbach last Jan, he/Lech decided to leave it until the summer (which suggests it wasn't anything that serious) and he played all but 2 of their league games in the second half of the season without any problems. He's since had the op and returned in October.

Really hope there's something in this, him and Shved would be ideal.

Lech Poznań: Robert Gumny will go to Celtic? Scots want to spend 4.3 million pounds

The Scottish giant Celtic Glasgow is interested in winning the defender of Lech Poznań, Robert Gumny. Scottish Masters Manager Brendan Rogers is looking for the successor of Swede Mikael Lustig. It is ready to spend 4.3 million pounds on the youth representative of Poland, or around 5 million euros.
Celtic Glasgow's interest in the 20-year-old Lech Poznań footballer is reported by the Scottish media.

Celtic has been seeking a new right-back for a long time. In the summer, The Bhoys will probably lose Mikaela Lustiga, because the Swede expires the contract. And he is the main defender of the team. In addition, a serious injury in the last match against St. Miren suffered a Lustig substitute, Anthony Ralston. 5 million euros for Gumne is not an excessive amount. A year ago, Borussia Moenchengladbach offered 8 million euros.

At the last minute the transaction did not take place, because during the medical tests the problems of the player with the knee appeared.

Now Gumny has no health problems anymore, but Adam Nawałka announced that he did not want to get rid of the talented defender. He believed that he needed stabilization.

    - Robert's potential is very large. However, he needs time to raise his footballing value. He is very aware and I believe that his talent will develop harmoniously - said trainer Kolejorz at a press conference before the start of the winter preparatory period.

Lech, therefore, has no plans to sell Gumny, but perhaps he will be tempted to "offer not to be rejected" in order not to block his career. The final decision will have to be taken by Robert Gumny himself and his family.

  17. Sounds like it’s just down to him then if we put in a bid, should at least see we can tempt him.
