PL. having talks with Broonie that BR isn't party to.. you've got to wonder why he wasn't involved? Is there a coaching role in a post-BR Celtic.. or are we reading too much into it?

 

Contract talks, him and Broony’s been talking a lot, both of them have said so.

 

It's difficult to second guess BR as he's a master at dealing with the media.. but if there was a coaching role on the table for Broonie & BR was going to be involved in the future running of the team he may have said a little more.. maybe not.. but all the signs of an exit in the summer seem to be there.. hope I'm wrong.

Nearly a lose lose for Brendan when talking about trabsfers. He clearly wants to bring a certain Calibre of player whilst matching an fairly tight budget provided. For me replacing a *, a swedish international mainstay isn't easy if your only allowed to spend less than 4M. Hence is the past we have signed a whole lot of dross whilst coming across gems like vvd. He can't really criticise the board, same time he wants the quality. To have a pop at him for that is extremely unfair. As for "speaking nonsense", Brendan is asked questions, he has to provide answers whilst protecting the board, ultimately his bosses, it's a balancing act, cut him some slack eh
